Simon brings more than 30 years of experience scaling technology businesses, with a strong foundation in sales and marketing. Over the past 15 years, he has led international divisions across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia, including a three-year assignment based in Beijing.
More recently, Simon has held senior leadership roles in IT services and supply chain risk management, including at Constructionline (part of Once for All). He combines commercial acumen with a global perspective on growth and operational leadership.
Simon holds a Business Degree, a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing, and a Diploma in Humanistic Counselling specializing in Transactional Analysis. He is also a charity trustee and an active mentor.

Tristan is an experienced technology leader with deep expertise across SaaS, product management, and engineering in both enterprise and high-growth environments.
Prior to joining Ethixbase360, he served as CTO at Aptitude Software, where he led the transformation from an on-premise provider to a multi-product SaaS business, delivering significant ARR growth. Earlier in his career, Tristan was Head of Architecture at Yell.com and led global business intelligence and CRM consulting initiatives at Microgen.
Outside of work, Tristan enjoys motorcycling and has traded skiing and sailing for a quieter life focused on gardening and rural living.

Antony is a seasoned financial leader with over 20 years of experience supporting fast-paced, entrepreneurial technology businesses. He has worked closely with boards, CEOs, and leadership teams to drive growth, improve operational performance, and deliver successful exits.
He has led the sale of three businesses and has been involved in over 20 acquisitions, including post-merger integration. Antony brings a strong focus on financial discipline, operational control, and strategic partnership, helping organizations evolve from early-stage or loss-making positions to sustainable profitability and successful exit.

Michelle leads the global Research function at Ethixbase360, overseeing the delivery of high-quality intelligence and supporting strategic client relationships. Since joining in 2018, she has held multiple roles across the organization, building deep expertise in risk, compliance, and global research operations.
Prior to Ethixbase360, Michelle worked across Singapore, Australia, and Hong Kong with organizations focused on risk management and compliance. She has extensive experience managing cross-border research teams and delivering business intelligence from diverse global sources.
Michelle holds a BSc (Hons) from University College London, a Graduate Diploma in Anti-Money Laundering, and is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS).

Jennifer is a strategic, results-driven marketing leader with more than 20 years of experience across B2B software and technology. She partners closely with executive teams to develop and execute data-driven strategies that accelerate growth and support ambitious business objectives.
Previously CMO at Accuity, Jennifer has held senior roles at leading organizations including IBM, Cognos, Lotus, and RELX. She is known for translating complex customer needs into impactful go-to-market strategies and delivering measurable results across the full marketing lifecycle.
Jennifer also supports community initiatives through her volunteer work with Mind.

Fiona leads the global People and Talent function, shaping and delivering the organization’s people strategy. As a member of the Executive Team, she works closely with leadership and the Operational Board to foster a high-performance, inclusive culture across all teams.
Her role spans both strategic and operational leadership, including managing complex employee matters and enabling teams to succeed through effective people practices. Fiona is passionate about building strong, engaged teams—and is always happy to connect, whether on HR topics or rugby.

Ollie leads sales across the EMEA region, bringing extensive experience in data, information services, and compliance-focused solutions. Prior to joining Ethixbase360, he held roles at GAN and ComplyAdvantage, where he developed a strong track record in both leadership and revenue growth.
Ollie combines commercial expertise with a practical understanding of customer needs across complex markets.
Outside of work, he spends most of his time with his three young children—and remains a dedicated (and resilient) Tottenham Hotspur supporter.

Martin leads Ethixbase360’s Asia Pacific business, overseeing regional strategy, growth, and customer experience. He brings extensive experience in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) solutions, with a strong track record in sales transformation and operational leadership.
Prior to joining Ethixbase360, Martin held senior leadership roles at Thomson Reuters and SAI Global, where he led GRC divisions across the region. He has also worked in a number of technology start-ups, particularly in fintech, including Complinet and Total Compliance.
Martin is known for building strong client relationships and delivering practical, high-impact solutions, underpinned by a focus on performance and long-term growth.

Originally from Australia and now based in the UK, Natasha has worked across four continents, partnering with organizations of all sizes to strengthen their risk and compliance programs. She brings a strong blend of commercial insight and subject matter expertise, with a focus on translating regulatory requirements into practical, technology-enabled solutions.
An experienced speaker and moderator, Natasha regularly shares perspectives on the intersection of technology, AI, and regulatory compliance, and is passionate about advancing ethical business practices and corporate transparency.
